The biggest issue was excavating the soil down to footer level and laying out the floor to end up at level with the existing door. Owners wanted to fit in as much floor space as they could without cutting into the existing driveway. i gave them 20 feet with only inches to spare. Once that was done it all went together like a puzzle. I ended up going down 4 ft on the left side to level at the door on the right. We supplied all of the materials, labor and the project went great. The only other issue was removing all of the dirt from the yard but we managed to remove that also. Owner was really pleased with our work. The services we provided were a drug and alcohol free work environment Design and layout of custom porch-my design excavating block installation carpentry/framing window installation Shingle roof installation drywall installation Electrical floor installation-vinyl Vinyl siding installation this was a complete 'turnkey renovation done exclusively by me with some general labor help from my son. This is the work that I love to do. complete projects from the ground up.
