Mountain Valley Inspections is a full service home and field inspection company. We are NYS licensed, AHIT certified (American Home Inspector Training Schools), and affiliated and practicing by the standards of National organizations, InterNACHI. Our mission is to provide our clients with stellar inspections with the high standards and quality they deserve. We pride ourselves on our timeliness, accuracy, and attention we give to each of our clients. MVI was founded by lead inspector Salvatore Marano. Before becoming a NYS Licensed inspector, Salvatore (Sal for short) worked in the construction industry for almost two decades as a carpenter, working on historical houses in the Hudson Valley. Additionally Sal majored in Environmental Science in college and worked with the Department of Environmental Protection mapping and surveying tributary streams of the Ashokan Reservoir utilizing GIS mapping technology and surveying equipment. Sal combined his expertise and experience in the construction industry with his analytical and scientific approach to become a successful home inspector with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. MVI is located in Kingston, NY and services the Hudson Valley and Catskill regions. We look forward to working with you.
