I urge my clients to attend the home inspection and ask as many questions as possible to get a better understanding of their new home. I inspect the major systems of the home- structural (foundation, exterior, roof, interior, attic, crawlspace), electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. For each system I explain what I'm looking for perfomance-wise and explain the process for testing each. Everything discussed during the inspection is reiterated in the inspection report along with annotated photos. Inspection reports are provided within 24 hours. Following is a list of my inspection fees based on the square footage of the home. 0000-2499- $300, 2500-2999- $350, 3000-3499- $400, 3500-3999- $450.

Beware! He is very unprofessional and failed to identify major issues when performing a home inspection. Additionally I paid for him to come out for a second inspection to ensure the previous owner had fixed the items he did identify during the 1st home inspection. I now feel he was working"for" my realtor instead of me. Beware and save yourself time, money, and future repairs due to his incompetence. After taking my money twice, he refuses to respond despite my numerous attempts to contact.
