The guy kept putting my project back. When he finally did start, he all the sudden wanted 50 percent down. He went to my mother and requested a check that was more than 50 percent. He made it seem like I gave my permission for him to get it. I luckily got the check back. I would not use this guy. He is not prompt and he is not honest. If he did not have money to buy supplies or a credit line, we would have purchased our own supplies but he went about this all wrong. I'm not handing money to someone who has not performed any work and who I have no prior dealings with.
