We had Claude refinish our hardwood and install new vinyl laminate. Claude and Igor were very nice to work with and did a great job working within our budget

We just had our original hardwood flooring refinished by Rain City Flooring. Beyond happy with their work. Claude Jr and Claude Sr. were great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience in working with Rain City Flooring. They did come out to look at the area that needed a new floor. Both Claud Jr. and Claud Sr. came out to speak with me about the job. They left and promised to provide me with an emailed quote. After texting Claud Jr. 5 times with professional and polite communication, as well as leaving 2 messages, he never responded back to me. I even was open to having them at least communicate back with me, even if they didn't want to do the job or provide the quote. Overall, it would have been good customer service to respond. I am not sure what happened, but for that reason, I wouldn't recommend this flooring company.

Claudemirs Junior and Senior refinished my Marmoleum floor. This was a small job, but they took it seriously. They communicated clearly and did excellent work at a fair price. I would definitely get in touch with them for other flooring jobs.
