Not only that they will break your unit after you paid their min. of $250.00 fee for showing up at your place (expensive!!!!), they will return, still not fix it because they can not find the cause of how they broke the unit and charge you "only" $88.00 again for their trip. Even better: then they will try to tell you how they could replace your heather (that worked well before they touched it) for only $1,000.00 so they can make their commission on their sale! Cardinal Heating in Kirkland should be OUT OF business!

If you’re looking for a professional, dependable and customer friendly company to take care of your heating and A/C issues, then Cardinal Heating and A/C is your best choice. In the course of my work, I interview hundreds of local Eastside contracting businesses, and in all of these visits I’ve never seen a business as well run as Cardinal. They’ve been in business for 26 years, with the founding partners (Mike and Rory), still running the company today. The office staff is happy and helpful, the facility so clean you could eat off the floor, and the installation crews are constantly being trained in the newest technologies. You are truly in great hands when you choose Cardinal.
