RUN - Do not walk away from this "contractor" And DO NOT PAY before the work has been completed - Wrong paint colors used, rooms didn't match - Painters left a mess with paint drops all over my new flooring - Wrong sink installed and room paint didn't match - Oh yeah, the new toilets backed up on me because his contractors lugged up the drains when the home had no water - Manny is NOT a project manager - He's a shyster

Do not trust this contractor. We signed an agreement with him in August for a custom kitchen and a couple bathrooms and laundry room. We gave him 50% of the project up front and he delivered on only 2 bathrooms and they are not even completed. In October he told us he was not completing the job and would not return any money. He told us we could have the materials if we gave him a release from the job. We gave him $20,000 and he won't even show us what the receipts are other than $400. We signed an agreement for a kitchen not a piece of plywood.
