Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Reasonable with pricing. Called late on Thursday and was fit in the very next morning. I highly recommend this local company to anyone who has HVAC issues or in need of replacement. Their service plans are great too and will give me the peace of mind going forward. Thank you for the fast response in getting our AC working again! Going forward, Crabtree Services are who I will be using and recommending.

After using a few different service providers for our heat pumps-A/C units (we have three!), and being very disappointed in services from other (some big named) companies, we called Crabtree Services. Bobby Crabtree is very nice to talk with and always provides helpful information. HIs son CJ is who actually comes to the house, and he is a very hardworking, knowledgeable, and courteous young man. My husband and I are so relieved to have finally found a service provider for our units that we can trust and respect....the only downside is it took us so long the have Crabtree Services become our "go-to" AC people. Thank you Bobby & CJ for outstanding service!

I've just read Mr. Crabtree's response to my complaint. Again, he fails to address the issues at hand; excessive costs for Freon, charging for work that was not done or incomplete and falsifying his posted reviews (Home Advisor). I could not ask for a better validation for the unethical business practices of Crabtree Services. Mr. Crabtree continues to fail to address the issue. In all cases, it is the customer that suffers. Marginal service, untrained and unlicensed technicians and high prices are the only things the customers should expect from Crabtree Services. I present facts, verifiable and accurate. Mr. Crabtree continues to fail to address the real issues and continues to slander me through his false and libelous statements. The customers can be the judge. Read my complaint and his response. Then choose an HVAC company other than Crabtree Services if you want your system serviced correctly.

I am writing to advise customers not to use Crabtree Services. I have had experience with them and know that their work is shoddy and their prices are excessively high. My most recent experience was the worst. A routine $180.00 maintenance visit turned into a $1000.00 charge. The technician who made the call seemed to be overwhelmed and completely unfit to do the work. My system was working fine until this technician started to find all kinds of problems. He said my system was low on Freon. He charged me on average $200.00 a pound for Freon that cost Crabtree Services $20.00 a pound. I questioned the technician about the charges. He simply said that is what they charged. I had the system inspected the next day by a reliable HVAC service company and found out the the condenser had not been fully cleaned and there were no leaks in the system that would have caused a loss of Freon. I suspect Crabtree Services technicians say that put Freon into the system but never really do. The customer would never know! I have filed multiple complaints against Crabtree Services. I have done so to warn consumers about this business. It must also be noted that Crabtree Services has made it a practice to write and post their own positive reviews. They were removed from the Home Advisor system for that very reason. This is not an ethical, competent company. Their technicians are not properly trained or licensed, they charge exorbitant prices and do not do the work they are suppose to do. Beware and be smart. Don't use Crabtree Services!
