Mr. Appliance of Knoxville

Mr. Appliance replaced a dryer heater and thermistor in my dryer on 2/11/20. The cost was $356.27. On 2/13/21, 367 days later, the same issue arises. I email their office on Sunday 2/14/21 to ask if there is any remaining warranty on the parts. I’m contacted on Monday, 2/15/21 and told it too late; the warranty is expired but if I had contacted them on 2/13/21, which was a Saturday by the way, they might could have worked something out. They offered to schedule a service call. Pretty hard to believe a company won’t stand behind a service provided barely over a year in the past for $70.00 in parts.

Beware, find another company! Very poor experience. Terrible customer service and technicians don't have the knowledge to do the repairs. Had over half a dozen service calls for my appliance, they never fixed it and refused to solve my complaints. They just keep putting in more parts and charging the customer more money. Hope outlet customers will complain to the Dept of Consumer Affairs so they will stop taking advantage of customers.
