Ric designed my lakefront home, not only was the architecture just what I wanted, he is great at "sighting" homes for the best view or orientation! I am presently in a condo he designed all the units in this gated community. Every one in our subdivision seems so pleased with his floor plans. He is presently rehabbing a flip home for me, his creativity is above average. He is very easy to work with.
