Evans Enterprises Inc ( EEI ) is a contractor of a variety of 'SITE SERVICES". Our company began in 2002, but owner Tom Evans, Jr has thirty years of experience in the asphalt and concrete construction field. Our clients and market for EEI in the early days was predominately commercial property management, maintaining parking lots and sidewalks. We have always had, however, a mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial work. In our commercial and residential work, we were asked to do more and more than the typical paving. We have completed projects ranging from masonry garden walls and stamped concrete patios to epoxy/urethane coatings. We have built different types of retaining walls, and replaced deteriorating stairways. We have designed and installed extensive roof drain and storm water system, and repaired sinkholes and catch basins. The point is, we are versatile and experienced.
