B & C Construction

This contractor built a house next to a lot we own. Without asking, he used our property as a construction entrance,to store equipment and construction materials, and as a dump site. There were large trenches in our grass from the various vehicles driving through our lot and the surveying markers for our new house were knocked down. Our lot was littered with scaffolding, lumber, pallets of bricks, piles of sand, concrete makers, cinder blocks, boulders and piles of waste construction materials. I even have a video of a bobcat operator scraping soil from our lot and filling around the foundation of the house this builder was constructing. I spoke with the owners of this company multiple times and it took over two weeks for the initial clean up. Unfortunately he continued to encroach on our lot for access and to store and dump the construction materials. He then blamed this on the subcontractors. Months after the house he built was completed, he had to dig up and replace some drainage pipe and large boulders were again dumped across our silt fence and onto our lot. The character and morals of a person who does this to others are questionable.
