Arcadia Fine Builders is a natural extension of the vision that led the Schaad family to settle in Knoxville in 1870. Guided by a connection to the land, business bloomed naturally through a century of innovative growth. Progressing through dairy farming, feed and seed, hardware, building supplies, construction, real estate, and now fine custom homes, one thing remains constant: a focus on sustainable and continuous improvement.
