Arcadia Fine Builders is a natural extension of the vision that led the Schaad family to settle in Knoxville in 1870. Guided by a connection to the land, business bloomed naturally through a century of innovative growth. Progressing through dairy farming, feed and seed, hardware, building supplies, construction, real estate, and now fine custom homes, one thing remains constant: a focus on sustainable and continuous improvement. For generations, the vision has been simple: “let nature shape the process”. Please DO NOT do business with this company. They have owned a property for over 30 yrs and have not repaired the roads that have holes and ruts in them the size of a small car. They will wine and dine you then leave you

This company has owned the roads in the Deerfield subdivision in Surfside Beach, South Carolina since they developed the area in 1986. Each year they receive over $40,000 in HOA fees in exchange for residents use of the roads. They have NEVER resurfaced the roads or done any repair. Hundreds of attempts to contact them for help have failed - they ignore us, they ignore our attorneys. The roads are full of such deep potholes it looks like it was bombed. The road is nearly impassible at this point, and this derelict company has received millions of dollars over the last four decades which they have pocketed without spending a single dime on upkeep. I pity the person who buys a home in one of their developments!
