Hired to resurface our gunite pool and provide weekly maintenance. After two years of trying, pool surface remains full of imperfections and discoloration. Owner is a delight until you have a concern, then he's difficult to deal with. Decided to personally clean it once and noticed plumes of algae coming off walls. Checked security cameras and discovered his crew rarely brushed the pool walls, causing permanent staining from dirt and algae buildup, even though paid for weekly cleaning. Of the items claimed to be done weekly, only cleaning baskets and checking/adding chemicals were consistently performed. After spending thousands with Sparkle, must now at least acid wash the pool or possibly resurface to get the finish corrected, even though it's only two years old. IF YOU USE THEM NOW, STOP. IF YOU DON'T, DON'T.
