Knox Home Remodeling

We used Alex to do our kitchen remodel. He did a great job! First, he was the only contractor to even bother to answer the phone, so that was encouraging. He communicated very well throughout the entire process. He would let us know when he was coming, when he was going to lunch and when he was leaving for the day. He also answered every text or call in a timely manner - usually within a minute or two. He is someone you feel comfortable having in your home (this is a BIG one for us since my wife and teenage daughter are home all day). He is honest and hard working and cleaned the job site every evening before he left. We have heard nightmares of kitchen remodels taking months - ours took 3 weeks....and he also did our flooring as well! We can't say enough "good things" about him! We are now getting ready to hire him to do our bathroom remodel. He is definitely our "go to" guy!
