He tried some DIY solutions for the water leaking into his basement, but none seemed to be working. Symptoms: - Water in basement Solution: We installed our BDry Waterproofing System in the basement, leaving it dry. Outcome: This customer was extremely happy to find he no longer had any water in his basement. Besides a dry lower level, he was impressed by B-Dry because of our "professional sales consultant that made [him] feel comfortable with the process." He had lived with a wet basement for 20 years, and honestly didn't believe there was a solution for his problems.
