Contractor contacted me within fifteen minutes of my post on Porch.com and arranged to view and discuss the project within a few days. Coincidentally he lives just a few miles from my home. He then calculated the required materials and provided the details for me to purchase as I work for Lowes Home Improvement, and originally quoted a price for labor that I countered and we settled for an equitable amount to both parties. He picked up the materials at Lowes and delivered them to my home. He started the project on-time and completed it in a reasonable period of time. We inspected the project and then transacted. After testing the ramp into the storage shed, it was too steep, so he has now agreed to modify the ramp at no additional cost and to my satisfaction. I am a realist, so I understand that every project has a few adjustments, so this is not a negative to me. Overall I would rate his performance and work as an "A".
