DO NOT HIRE!! Justin Southard of J and A Remodel and Repair is a scammer. We hired him to build a barn apartment which he did not complete, even though we had a contract but that doesn't matter to this guy!. He took our money and disappeared, would not reply to calls or texts. He always complained he was short on money but came to find out he had scammed numerous customers out of thousands of dollars by taking their deposit for jobs and never returned. He has several lawsuits out against him for this reason. Do your research and check him out online.
