Kunkle's Stone Masonry

Do not hire this company for any chimney work. The owner Justin Kunkle was to rebuild a chimney in 3 days, it took 4 months and when it was done in winter it was COMPLETELY BLOCKED. We immediately contacted him with urgency saying he needs to fix this ASAP. He tried twice to open it unsucessfully at his leisure, then gave up and then skipped out on us with the full $5500 that he was paid, having to completely fend for ourselves. Another Mason contractor had to come fix this screwup to the tune of an additional $5000 not to mention the dead grass, wrecked shrubs and damaged roof shingles. Even his own business liability insurance denied covering our additional costs due to his gross negligence. Now he keeps moving from trailer to campsite to avoid paying us back, its pathetic. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Spotless reputation.... please If there was a ZERO star that is what I would have marked
