Construction Remodeling

Attention All Future Homeowners !!!!! It is unfortunate I have too write such an unfavorable review. But, please believe me, I have no other choice. I want to be very clear, do hirer this company. The contractor hired was, "Quality Builders Construction and Remodeling". The owner is Justin Skates, out of Lafayette. Ga. He was hired to replace wood on back of my, replace back door, and to paint top and bottom of my car port. He was paid in full, $3,350.00. The back of my house- outside in the backyard looked great. However, from further examination, after he left, I the new door did not have a lach or a lock, and he took down the inside door frame and did not reframe. As a result, a big hole was left in my laundry. Which did not help matters, rodents have begun to take residence in my home. He skimmed on the paint, only using one coat. I have contacted him numerous times, but to know avail. He keeps making idle promises. As a senior citizens I can not afford too lose this money, plus I feel he took full advantage of me. I pray this review will save another homeowner the stress and lost of money, is just not. Thank you .
