Raul Painting

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this painter. He and his partner were late, sloppy and took far longer than they had originally estimated to end up finishing the job poorly. They used a extremely cheap and flat paint instead of the quality egg shell paint we requested and extra paid for. They did not cover the floors properly and dripped paint on our area rug, dripped a mystery substance (possibly glue or thinner?) in the center or our living room carpet which ate the carpet fibers and left a hole. The finished job was sloppy. The edges and corners he painted weren't clean, he forgot to paint walls, painted one wall with two different textures of paint. They were paid to replace discolored dry wall but there wasn't an ounce of dry wall dust present when we returned and the screws are now popping out around the piece he swore he replaced. We are almost certain he just painted over it, pocketed the replacement cost and lied to us. We also paid him to install a ceiling fan for us he and he failed to wire the lighting correctly and the light feature is unusable and he refused to return to fix it. He did refund us PARTIALLY for the light/ceiling fan installation after days of trying to get a hold of him to come back and at least make right one of the jobs he did. When we complained to the site manager about the job that was done he came back he entered our home, stood over me and verbally tried to intimidate me. It was an all around uncomfortable and horrific experience. We are now paying someone $1100 to come in and do the job he failed to do. Raul is a fraud.
