We paid $23,000 for a driveway with trench drains. The drain in front of our garage does not drain. Everytime it rains I have to wade to my garage. We sent multiple emails and texts, left phone messages and he will not return our calls. I have sent Jeff DeBoy pictures and videos of the pond in front of my garage. He is not a man of his word! When we texted him that we wanted a driveway out in the response was immediate! Now that we have a problem there is no response at all. This has been from 5/31 to 7/12. We had to pay someone to run a camera in the drain to see what the problem was. We have been told by several contractors that the drain is too small and that may very well be. But what the camera discovered is a collapse in the drain underneath the concrete. Once he collects payment apparently he doesn't care about his crappy workmanship.
