Parish Appliance Repair

After contacting LG to get my dishwasher repaired they told me Parish Appliance Repair would be the company coming out to repair it. They had to contact him multiple times before getting a reply and date for the repair. The first time he came inspect to see what part was needed. The next two times he came out he ordered the incorrect parts both times. After a fourth appointment he showed up with the correct part but once he got it running it started leaking from the door seal. He said he would order the part and be back within one to two weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing from him I tried calling but no answer. Left numerous voicemails with no reply. I called to have the repair done around July 7th 2019 and it is now October 30th 2019. My dishwasher still isn't functioning and he will not return my phone calls and he will not reply to LG customer service either. Worst customer service I've ever had from a company. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone.

Nick with Parish Aliance was contracted to fix my washing machine with Lowe’s. He ordered parts and got paid for the service and never repaired my appliance!!! I do not recommend him!! Do not use this repair service!!!!!

I don't recommend their service at all. I had a very bad experience with Nick, he came to repair my fridge but damaged the control panel for middle drawer which is my brand new Samsung fridge, he said he will come back to replace the drawer but never replied over 3 months since he left the broken drawer to me even I called texted and emailed him many many times. He damaged it during my fridge is still under warranty, but now I have to pay for the repair because of his irresponsible behavior. This is not done yet, my attorney will contact you for reimbursement.

I called Nick about a problem with my refrigerator freezer. He suggested that I monitor the problem since it had seemed to go away. He didn't think a service call was needed at this time. This speaks well of his integrity as I will not hesitate to call him again and recommend his services.
