ATR was supposed to pick up on 9/28/21. I spoke with ATR shortly after booking around 9/23/21 and never heard from them again. I called, texted and emailed when ATR did not pick up the load on 9/28/21. I got no response. No pickup or further contact as of 9/30. ATR completely ghosted me. At least ATR could have let me know that they were not going to pick up the load.
