Jake and his crew at Tree Guardian performed an outstanding job at my house yesterday. With poor access to my backyard, they had to manually climb my Red oak and harness themselves in. The job they did was absolutely perfect and when they left, there was zero debris left for me to clean up. They also hauled off all of my trash limbs I had stacked over the past two years in my back garden leaving it pristine and ready for planting. I would definitely recommend Jake and Tree Guardian to anyone with Tree and landscaping needs!

I can't give less than zero stars. Too bad. I would give negative stars if I was able to. They came out and removed two trees and a fire pit. Positives: they did a good job and we got a great price. Negatives: Their communication with their customers is horrible, unless they want to get paid. Then they call every two minutes. Their crew left their water bottles, coffee cups, and Gatorade when they left, so my wife had to clean it up. The owner of the company (Dean) told my wife they didn't clean up because it started to rain. We weren't aware that people are unable to clean up after themselves in the rain. They had to come back to finish the job (understandable due to the rain); however, there was no phone call or any communication that they were coming back to our house while we were gone. When my wife called the owner and told him about it, he copped an attitude, which made her cop an attitude, and his response was to ask her to never use their company again and hang up on her. So they want the work, but if this is the way the OWNER of the company treats customers, find someone else to take care of your trees.
