Rob was great. He had a fixed price for the pump-out, deep cleaning and refill that was great value for money. He also has this policy where, if hes not able to fix the hot tub, he doesnt charge anything (theres no call-out fee). He was really knowledgeable, gave me great honest advice, and was generous with his time. Ill be using him in future and would definitely recommend his services.
