Experience was pretty good. Having a lot of people at your home is always very invasive but the workers were very respectful and hard working.

We are pleased with American Building. The overall experience was very positive. We do realize that they are very busy and they do the best they can to stick to time frames of arrival but there were two instances where the crew showed up a little bit early. I guess it is better than late. However the work is very quality and they finished one week early.

Contracted these guys to paint our house. The contract written by them stated they'd pressure wash and prep surfaces, including removing old flaking paint, tape off the eaves and soffits etc. None of this was done. Leaves and vines were painted over onto the exterior walls of our home. None of the surfaces were properly prepped. The paint on our porch is bubbling and peeling not even a week after 'completion' of work. Areas that should have been taped off are now covered with stray paint streaks and need remedial action to correct the stray brush strokes all around the eaves. After taking almost 2 weeks to complete the job, they still couldn't get it right. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
