A1 Certified Home Inspections

I had this company inspect my home prior to it's purchase, in April 2020. Since that inspection (where their opinion was things are in "good working order" I have had to replace or repair the following systems 1. Heat/AC unit - $6500.00 2. Roof repair - $2500.00, evident it was leaking when shown how by the repair person. 3. Emergency generator - $4500.00 4. Master bath shower, very evident it was leaking (mold) - $5000.00 5. Pool pump $750.00 (told it was is good working order) 6. Electrical in well pump - $700.00. I would certainly use this guy again, if I had an extra $20,000 to throw away on B.S. Read his contract very carefully and you will find out that there is no recourse to poor inspection since it says essentially "all we do is look at stuff" All the above occurred within 7 months of purchase.
