Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Made appointment on Monday to have my disabled son's central heat unit repaired. I received an email stating someone would be there between 11am- 1 pm. I'm out of town working so had to get someone to take off work and go out there to wait on them and let them in but they never showed.. My friend sat there for 4 hours waiting in the cold for David Halls Inc. I emailed to ask was they running behind and they don't even bother to respond. I would not recommend them. Not a good way to run a business. Service: Repair heating system

we have bought a unit and it works excellent along with the professional input from Kyle in any and all our questions or request as well very honest and has met our needs in a very timely manner. Thank you!
