Keith Timms was hire to provide monthly lawn service to my residence. He first mowed my lawn on September 29, 2021. As a result, there was damaged caused to my mailbox. I have since contacted Keith Timms, who operates both Julia's Lawn and More and Hillbilly Lawn Service out of 2107 Sedney Road, Dover, FL 33527, to suspend mowing service, refund the prepaid monthly balance, and to repair the damaged mailbox. Mr. Timms claims that he did not damage my mailbox, although I have photos showing the mailbox prior to him mowing the lawn. Mr. Timms also refuses to refund the prepaid balance.
