We upgraded this home in La Cañada Flintridge CA, with 4 key energy saving, and low maintenance products: solid core vinyl insulated siding, vinyl clad aluminum fascia and a vinyl soffit system, and Palmer Vinyl replacement windows.First, the wood siding was covered with solid core insulated siding from Cedar Ridge. The numerous benefits include added insulation, impact resistance, a color that never fades or needs paint, borax acid to resist termites, and a lifetime warranty. The homes fascia was weathered and had some dry rot, we encapsulated the eaves with vinyl clad aluminum and a vinyl soffit system. Now the fascia and eaves are no maintenance and have a stately appearance. Our Palmer insulated windows not only provide style and distinction they put money in the owners pocket in less reliance on the HVAC system. Additionally, we installed premium Palmer windows, which are quieter than standard replacement windows and coupled with a lifetime warranty, you really can't find a better low maintenance energy saving combo.

Completed this backyard remodel. We removed the existing turf and then excavated 3 to 4 inches of topsoil. The next step was to haul in a crushed aggregate, evenly spread it and compress in down with a Vibro-plate. After we have a solid base, the artificial turf is laid out and pre-trimmed. Then the turf is nailed down in the same fashion as carpet. After a final trim is complete we spread infill and power broom.

For this project, Ameriside updated this homeowners lawn and made it drought resistant, with artificial turf from Tiger Turf. We installed marquee natural pro a top choice. It has a unique blend of ⅔ field green and ⅓ lime green grass blade colors to create an amazingly natural look! This synthetic grass features a polyethylene diamond delustered grass blade shape as well as a slender blade width for an incredibly soft feel!
