![]() ![]() | Broom Residence | Aug 2014 | The client wanted a secluded Master suite and to give the house a little entry, currently you enter directly into the living room. The first thing you saw as you approached the house was a two car flat roof garage which dominated the street scape.By putting the Master suite over the garage and stretching the entry along a private courtyard we were able to not only give the house a more pleasing presences to the street but it also created an oasis for the master suite that opened up over the private courtyard. In tying the addition into the current house we were able to also get a media room up stairs carved out of the roof. | $225k | Seattle, WA |
