The client wanted a secluded Master suite and to give the house a little entry, currently you enter directly into the living room. The first thing you saw as you approached the house was a two car flat roof garage which dominated the street scape.By putting the Master suite over the garage and stretching the entry along a private courtyard we were able to not only give the house a more pleasing presences to the street but it also created an oasis for the master suite that opened up over the private courtyard. In tying the addition into the current house we were able to also get a media room up stairs carved out of the roof.

The Keller residence sits in a quiet Kirkland neighborhood were interacting with your neighbors in the front yard is a daily occurrence. The clients wanted to not only do a kitchen remodel but also wanted a way to open up the house to the front yard. Our solution was to add a covered front porch off the entry, this had two positive effects, not only did it give the Keller's a way to engage with the front yard and neighborhood it also dress up the front of the house.

The Chang's wanted to upgrade and expand this Bellevue home we added a secluded master suite on the second floor with spectacular views to the lake. and in the basement we added two guest suites for extended family stays. On the main floor we opened up the living spaces to a new expansive covered deck which extended the living spaces towards the lake.
