Do NOT hire Don from McHenry County Deck and Chimney!!! Don is late for appointments, starts his day late or doesn't show up. Don does a slow and very unprofessional, sloppy job. Our new deck railings needed staining, the spindles are already painted black, when I offered to tape the spindles Don said, "No worries we won't get white stain on them". He got stain drips on our 5 yr old siding, tried to remove the white and took the paint off the siding. Don told us that his guarantee on the stain is 2 years. After 1 yr we have paint chipping off, and Don doesn't return my calls. Oh, and Don thought he finished the job and we found many areas he didn't stain and had to call him back out. Don't trust Don, he is not good at his job and doesn't make it right when messes up. Please see the pictures.
