Decks and More

We found Decks and More via craigslist and they sounded promising from the get go. They assured us on multiple occasions that the work would be completed within the week. This work was being done to the dock at our lake house vacation home, so we couldn't oversee the project as we live 3 hours away in the city. Not only was the work not completed in over two weeks, but when we arrived there was one man working at 7pm on a Friday night and there had only been 1 BOARD attached during the entire two weeks of communicating with decks and more. It was settled that we would pay for the board and hardware plus a $25 restocking fee for the lumber purchased by the contractor. This came out to $100. One week after we had agreed to that being that and both moving on our separate ways the contractor contacted us threatening that if we didn't send him $700 within 24 hours that he would put a lean on the house for 2500 and have the dock shut down. It's been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT use this company!
