All Phaze Property Preservation Services

Thursday 9-7-17, before the big Hurricane Irma is rolling into south Florida this weekend, my 82-year-old mother was in a big bind. I could get her on any flight out of the area, nor could she drive. I called James Hoff/All Phaze Property Preservation Services and tell him my plight of not being able to jump on a plane and come 3000 miles to take care of mom's storm shutters. Yes, the landlord should have been on top of that . . . but since mom just moved in 30 days ago . . . well, that didn't get to the top of the list until it came to actually trying to lock them shut for the hurricane. The guardian angels James Hoff and his two crewmen were on the job to the rescue within hours. He stopped by and took a look, got right back to me with a quite fix to ride out the impending hurricane coming their way, texted me pics for verification and of the hands fixing the situation. James even introduced me to a new app called Square Cash . . . downloaded the app and then I paid him in an easy swoop. This guy is truly a MAN OF ACTION! My kind of hero and mom's too!
