This client updated the bathroom on her own. She selected new plank tile flooring (replacing carpet), new wall paint, and a new cabinet color. They inquired with us to help find the perfect gray that the homeowners painted themselves. After reviewing quite a few gray hues, they settled on this warm gray by Benjamin Moore called Stormy Monday. Clients kept the existing countertop tile, we refreshed the backsplash with a fresh coat of white paint. They updated mirrors, lighting, and towels to give this bathroom an entirely new look very economically.

This was a complete kitchen remodel, although we kept the original footprint. Everything was replaced except for the appliances. Cabinets are custom by Architectural Cabinets and are a stained cherry color called Sandarac. The glass mosaic backsplash by Daltile plays off nicely with the quartz countertops by Pental, style Intermezzo. Schluter metal trim finishes off the glass backsplash. Cabinet doors are a simple, clean-cut style. Clients requested a pull out cutting board as well. Grout used was in Silver Gray by Quartzlock. Under-mount granite composite sink by Nero, keeps the sit lines clean. We also used the quartz in the new garden window. For this kitchen remodel, we also redid the fireplace! The Ledger Stone in Sierra Slate is warm and inviting and contrasts nicely with the 18" by 18" Venetian Desert Slate, and grouted in Quartzlock, Silver Gray. New flooring in the kitchen was continued into the living room and stairs, giving the first floor a completely new, and updated feel. The flooring is a laminate by Rustic Legacy in Earthen Chestnut.

This is a beautiful, historic Building in the heart of town. The colors needed updating and architectural features needed to be featured. We had to work around the existing tan stucco siding, the permanent burgundy window trim, and the three types of granite, all while keeping the colors to a minimum, but with the goal of featuring the beautiful features. The metal cornice above the front door was powder coated in Devine Leather color. (Previously a weathered nickel color). The lighter trim color is Devine Muslin, and the brick color was matched to the existing stucco for continuity. For the front door and the upper crest, we matched the window trim as closely as possible, using Devine Paprika. Previously, this interesting crest was not featured, as the colors all blended together. We used Devine Paprika for the area around the crest and the banner going through the crest. The lighter color is Devine Muslin. Narrowing the palette, while playing up the features helped to update this historic building, while making it stand out from the surrounding buildings.
