Martens Fencing

STAY AWAY!!! I had a security gate installed on my driveway in April 2018. It has worked a total of 4 months to date (August 2020). when it broke the first time they made me pay for a part at apx $100 and when they put it in it had the exact same issue so they replaced the opener with one that was smaller but according to them just as good. That lasted about 2 weeks, the same part failed and they replaced it on the new motor and again it failed with in weeks. Months later they "fixed it" and it lasted about 45 minutes. George who they subcontract out the openers too is a vial human, doesn't listen, blames the customer for the problems, and never shows up when he says he will. Also Ken Martens the owner refuses to help and claimed I was sabotaging it...Like I want to break my gate...If I knew Ken worked with George I would have never gone with them as he has a horrible reputation. So I would give Ken a good review on just the fencing but he doesn't stand behind his subcontractors work so I cant give Ken a good review because sadly he puts George above his customers.
