Our roof had damage to it with all the storms over the past few years and from being an older roof in general. We contacted Aloha to inspect the damages. They inspected our roof and pointed out damage to our shingles and explained to us what probably caused it. Their inspection matched up with our insurance companies inspection. We got a new roof for a very reasonable price.

Started off well, went south shortly after. Communication from representative was poor. Scheduling was an issue. Nobody knew anything with scheduling. Until one day about 3 weeks into the process someone called and said they were coming out to do the installation in 2 days. After the installation the satellite dish was not properly reinstalled and boy did we get the runaround with that whole situation. The icing on the cake was when we were told that we would be getting gutters and didn't. We had colors and styles picked out too. When called to ask about that, I was simply told that those were not included and that the representative screwed up initially and that he was no longer there. I told them that wasn't my problem and that I signed an agreement with them based on the work we had discussed. The representative just kept saying the other guy screwed up. He was more concerned about picking up his check. The one silver lining in this is that the roof installation came out nice and there are no apparent leaks.

The process of working with my insurance company and Aloha went smoothly and quickly. Work performed was completed in one day and cleanup was thorough. Siding looks great!

I'm very pleased with the work Aloha Construction for me. I just bought an older home, and there was a lot of wear and tear on the shingles from what I was told was most likely hail damage. They replaced most of my shingles in under a day, and worked with me to find a time that worked best for me.
