a note from the customer: Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the major renovation project you and your team did on my house. Roof, siding, windows and gutters. I've received many compliments from neighbors both for how nice the house looks and also for the professional way your team performed the work. Every project is unique and has its own set of issues to contend with but you were here everyday to check up on things and made sure the project was going along smoothly and without problems. Every detail was planned out and taken care of from the permit to the dumpsters to the delivery of materials. I knew exactly when each item would arrive. I appreciated that. Now as we're getting into the fall/winter season I can already tell that the new siding and windows are making the house warmer and quieter. I was so glad to see that 60 year old cedar siding removed and carted away although the squirrels might not be so happy (they chewed through that old siding a few times in the past years). I also wanted to say a word about Alfred your supervisor on the job and the workers. I was amazed at the long hours they put in with only a break for lunch and Alfred was always there to answer questions and deal with my concerns. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. The guys actually spent a good hour at the end of each day to make sure that the front and back yards were cleaned up and safe so the dog wouldn't get hold of something bad to chew on. I really believe that the value of my house increased more than the cost of the project. It looks like 50 years were taken off the age of the house. The last thing I wanted to say is thanks to you and your team for a great job well done. I highly recommend Creative Exterior Concepts.

"The past few years our cedar siding had gotten so bad it felt like we were living in a barn. Wed drive up to our house and birds would be peeking out of the gaping holes in our siding to welcome us home. At the recommendation of my brother, we hired Creative Exterior Concepts to install a new roof, Hardieboard siding, soffit, fascia, gutters; the works. Robert, the owner was very helpful in getting everything set up for us and was at our house daily during the renovation.
