This has to be the worst experience I have had with a company. They were hired to put in a water softener. When they arrived I was told the water softener would not take care of the issue of water being yellow and smelled. I was told well would need to be chlorinated and a whole house filtration system would be needed and that this would solve the issue. I was quoted $1650 for the job and I accepted. They came out chlorinated the well and put in a filter. I was guaranteed this would work. After they bled the system for 6hrs they didn't come back to turn off hose. I called and they said I could do it. The fix lasted 6 days. I called to have them come back to look at it. They gave a time didn't show up. Rescheduled the time for the following Monday and they didn't show up. Now they will not return my calls or even answer. I do not see how this is ok. They said what needed to be done and when they failed to make it right the just disappear?
