Now,etremely disappointed. Glenn did a beautiul job ona basment bathroom rebuild. The project was a nightmare of delays in part because of Covid and Arapahoe County offices being closed. Over the long period of the project i came to consider Glenn to be a friend. i also had him do a number of small projects that required a professional. Once tthe bathroom was nearly completed, I asked him to come help with some additional projects and was told that I needed to bath them into a larger grouping to justify his commitment to do the work because my little projects were interfering with his "big projects". I never realized that the work i had for him was so trivial as he had always been paid well and timely. The last time i asked him to come work was to simply come and complete the work on the bathroom that hadn,t been completed and needed to e ompleted in order to pass a final inspection with Arapahoe County. This was over si months ago. ine then, he has not responded to phone calls, texts or emails. He changed his phone number once so it appears that he is probably avoiding or hiding from more calls than just mine. I am extremely disappointed in this lack o professionalism and because of this, i cannot recommend this business to provide even the simplest service. Remember that he only takes on big projects and If he is in the middle of yours and he thinks it isnt big enough or him, you are totally screwed. Dont use this guy.
