Lakewood Pines Owners Assocoation

I am the Project Manager for the Lakewood Pines Owners Association and as such I'm looking for several individuals who have specific expertise in the following trades: 1, We need an Electrician. Not a company with many guys, but a one or two person operation who can offer that personal touch. The first project is to install LED Security Lights throughout the property and there may be as many as 20 lights from 1200 lumens to 3300. 2, The we need this electrician to be the on-call electrical. 3, We need a handy person to clean out the gutters and downspouts for the entire property. Along with this to replace as required rusted out sections. This needs to happen right now as we have painting about ready to start. 4, This handy person needs to be the go-to person for many projects that will be on-going year to year. 5, We need several flat concrete contractors to bid on replacing drive way and drainage. For all projects I write the scope of work that includes specifications. There will be future projects for the HOA and many projects where owners need workers inside their homes.
