Michael's Handyman Plus

Very pleased with the work by Mike...and also please with the pricing. He got to my house to work on repairing the fence on time (actually early) which I loved. Mike and his 2 person crew worked all day, getting the job done and I am very pleased...just walked outside today and said I love my "new" fence! I already have 2 more projects lined up for Mike- looking forward to working with Micheal's Handyman Plus in the future.

TERRIBLE!! I would give NO stars if I could but this site requires something in the stars. All I wanted was the shower re-caulked. What I got was caulk left all over the shower floor, the vinyl floor, the counter, sink, sink stopper and ring, faucet and handle and the step stool I loaned him to use. The caulk was uneven, jagged, lumpy, and had holes the size of pencil lead in numerous places. This was totally pathetic workmanship and just plain a slob. I would NOT recommend this company if you want quality, clean work.

So how cool is Mike? I called with a gas fireplace problem and rather than just immediately scheduling an appointment he asked a few questions. He waited patiently while I pulled off the grilles and glass and then solved the problem over the phone with me! That kind of helpfulness is rare and is what builds loyalty. He also explained the services his company provides, which are very broad. We want to have a trusted company that knows our house rather than having to deal with a different contractor for every service. He is our first choice for handyman services!

He and his son did a great job installing the grab bars that we needed. Very nice and good price.
