This company is fraudulent and unprofessional. They were assigned to us via our home warranty company to replace our water heater. We were told that we had to pay to bring our house to code for the new water heater. We agreed. Our warranty company would then pay for the new water heater and all installation costs. They then installed a $50 expansion valve on the cold water line with about 10 minutes of labor and extended the hot water line 7 inches to match the new length of the cold water line. That would be about $6 of parts and 10 minutes of labor. They are billing us $850. They keep telling us that they had to "move, modify, and dismantle our gas line to get the old water heater out and get the new one in. None of this was done!!! Our gas line was untouched! I have picture proof. They made me beg to send them pictures via email. They still ignored me and continue to tell me we owe them $850. We will not be paying that. Fraudulent billing!

The Company Crown Home Services is a complete scam. Charged me $400.00 to install a water heated that was UNDER Warranty, which was Stealing, Never pulled a Permit till 3 weeks AFTER the installation, and I would NEVER use this SCAM Co. again

I strongly do not recommend this company. They have poor customer service, are inconsiderate, lack professionalism, are dishonest and don’t stand behind their work. Want more details than that? Please continue reading. We were assigned this company by our home warranty company to address two faucet and two toilet issues. Their scheduling is atrocious, it took me several days to get a confirmed appointment even though they were supposed to call me to schedule. When I did call, they didn’t have a record of my request. Once finally scheduled for a 10 to 11 window on a Monday, that I had to take time off from work to accommodate, they didn’t show up but instead called after not showing up and asked if I’d be around all day so they could come later. Pretty inconsiderate. I gave them another chance and scheduled a 9 to 10 window for the coming Saturday. The plumber Todd showed up late at about 10:30 for that appointment. He worked on all four items on the list, including replacing the fill valve on one toilet that had a leak in the tank and ran frequently. I thought we were good to go. Unfortunately the toilet that he replaced the fill valve in continued to run at regular intervals. I contacted the warranty company and they reactivated the work order for Crown. That was a Monday. Due to their atrocious scheduling, on Wednesday, I finally got a tentative appointment for the coming Saturday that they would confirm for me by close of business that day. They didn’t confirm. I followed up on Thursday and was told that they would not be coming back since Todd didn’t replace any parts in the tank and that it’s a new issue so in order for them to come back I would need to file a new claim with the warranty company. I know he replaced parts in the toilet. For the record, a new claim would cost us $125. I let them know we would not be doing this since the repair was never fully complete. She said she would follow up with Todd again and get back to me. She never did. The warranty company has since assigned a new plumber to our original request.

I do not recommend this company. They take your money to come check out the problem and then don't return to do the work!
