Very unprofessional. Horrible service and total lack of communication. We started this project a month ago- paid in full for parts and repairs. The technician never came back to finish installing the parts we paid him for and any effort to communicate and rescheduled was unsuccessful. What a total waste of our time and money. Now we need to pay someone else to finish the job.

Poor service. Unprofessional repair. Simple appliance repair now into 19 days. Every excuse known to may offered. Phone not answered or messages not responded to. The company hides behind this website! Buyer be ware!
