I hired Crawls And Attics to insulate my attic, crawl space, plus do exclusion work in the crawl. I was looking for a company experienced with installing closed cell spray foam. I got 7 bids and 7 different opinions about the correct way to install spray foam, plus the correct way to deal with my ‘double roof’. (My house’s original roof was left intact when a new roof with a steeper pitch was built by a prior owner.) I reached out to all the companies for further explanation regarding their approaches, but I wanted specifically to speak with someone who had construction & installation experience so I could understand both the application preferences and the preferences regarding my roof situation. When I asked for further clarity from Crawls And Attics, Jeremy, the estimator, put me in touch with the owner, Manny. Manny came out the very next day to take a look. After inspecting the attic space, he recommended additional work that went further than Jeremy’s initial bid. At that point, he said something I wasn’t expecting: he would honor the original bid. I can’t overstate that. He committed his company to a more extensive job, but kept the original bid the same. It was already a very competitive bid, and with Manny’s commitment, it was a no-brainer. I agreed to work with him and his company on the spot. When the job was complete, Manny came out to look everything over and took pictures so I could see the finished work. It’s rare to find a company with such high standards and commitment to its customers. Not only that, but an owner who is hands-on and takes ultimate responsibility for the work. Manny and his team treat their customers like friends and family - old school. Much thanks to Manny, Jeremy and the whole crew. I couldn’t recommend Crawls And Attics more highly. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.
