  | Garage Conversion | Nov 2017 | This was just a garage/laundry room. The owner expressed what she wanted, that was to turn it in a multi function room. Another words a room that works as a spare bedroom, living room, game room, and still have the washer and dryer area in it as well. But left it a open canvas for me to do as I wanted as far as design and layout of space. I used alot of reclaimed items to do this project lije lumber granite tub cut out for bar top esc. She didn't want to see washer and dryer if sitting in room so we built a many bar/computer bar or whatever it could be used for multiple things. It was just tall enough to take laundry area outta veiw and still be able to use a normal bar stool to sit at it. All in all space cost around $6700 actual bid was $5500.
