This rating is more for the technician, and not the business. I've never done business with Arrow Appliance. We have a warranty from Sears for our appliances, and they sub-contract with local vendors to complete repairs. The lid on our washing machine was not making contact, so it would not complete the various cycles. We contacted Sears, and they said they would have a technician come out to have a look at it. A young man with such classic manners named Rafael from Arrow Appliance showed up a couple of days later to take a look at the washer. He was extremely polite and showed such professional acknowledgement towards his line of work. He did a complete diagnostic check of the washer to determine if there were any other problems besides the lid not making contact. He was very thorough and professional. He did not have the correct part with him, and said it had to be ordered. He apologized for the inconvenience and said the part would be ready for installation in a couple of days. He had my washer temporarily up and running for us while we waited for the part. He left such a positive impact on us. He was a man of his word, the part arrived in a couple of days, but unfortunately the scheduling at arrow seems incompetent and unable to do their job. And basically just sat on the paperwork. I called Arrow Appliance a week later and they said my part had been in for days now. But they forgot to call to set up an appointment. Anyway, Rafael came back to our home (thankfully) to install it. It was a pleasure doing business with Rafael. Arrow Appliance is very fortunate to have an employee of his caliber. I know if I ever have any reason to call for repair service, or require any new appliances,i would give Arrow Appliance a shot ONLY because of the fine work of Rafael. All your future hires should be based on the type of person Rafael is.
