Advanced Construction And Design remodeled kitchen in my home for a very affordable price! They offer quality material at a much better price then nearby companies. They are well experienced, and work hard as a team in order to complete the job in the time stated. I love the way my new kitchen make my home look. I couldn't be happier, thanks to Advanced Construction And Design.

We had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for two years. Originally it was a simple remodel, but after a while thinking about it we decided to really change the layout. To spend any money on just an okay improved kitchen was fine, but to spend on our dream kitchen was awesome! We got three quotes before we actually made a decision and we knew it was an easy choice to go with John Strain & Advance Construction and Design. We had a designed planned and sketched, they just added beauty to it. They are very easy to work with in this sometimes long & stressful process. From ALL the dust, unfamiliarity of a construction site & stress of the unknown, we can truly say it was ALL worth it! Just the beauty and fine finished product is speechless. We still stand in awe of our kitchen! Lotus :)

I went to Lowes to buy ceiling tiles, as a Do it Yourself project on my kitchen ceiling. I asked Lowes if they knew anyone to install these tiles professionally. They recommended John Strain. He is everything I wanted professionally. He's courteous,works neat and the job is perfect when he finished. Call Advanced Construction and you will be satisfied 100% like I'am.

By adding additional custom cabinetry including a mega island the functionality of this kitchen was increased. Absolute black granite was installed on island with contrasting neutral beige granite on all outer counter tops. White subway tile on backsplash with glass mosaic detail over stove top. Wood look tile on floor was installed and added a rustic touch to this classic contemporary kitchen. By adding clean contemporary pendant lights the design was made even more interesting.   | Rustic Chic Master Bathroom Remodel | Sep 2017 | Advanced Construction and Design remodeled this tract master bathroom creating a large walk in shower and additional vanity. Function and design were utmost in this project creating a timeless master bathroom to be enjoyed for decades to come. Classic neutrals in light greige tones accented by soft white set the foundation for this design. 12x24 greige porcelain tiles on floor and shower walls with mosaic coordinating tile for shower floor. Glass mosaic tile was used as accent in shower and on vanity backsplash. Classic white Shaker cabinetry for main vanity with added storage tower and pullout hair drawer and additional single vanity gave this bathroom maximum function.
