I have put this review off for a year. Its hard to even begin. My experience with Eric has been despicable. I opened a business in October of 2020 and I ordered a custom reception desk. I sent him exactly what I wanted measurements design etc.. So all he had to do was get the materials and construct it. The original desk he brought was flimsy and couldn't even stand on its own. He stuck something under it to support it and said it is a 2 piece desk. He blamed his "assistant" and took it back after finally agreeing this is garbage. . I assumed he thought I was an idiot. He brought us a new desk and it looked OK. "LOOKED" However, he was touching up paint after it was inside my business -he knew it wasn't good work. The paint is sloppy and rushed. He didn't add the shelves, and the drawers we falling off the tracks. We were so sick of complaining we dealt with it. We drilled a hole ourselves for the wires to travel. Finally, I messaged him about how poor his craftsmanship was and he agreed to make a new desk so he said....This desk is falling apart, the wood is cracked all over. He used garbage plywood . He popped in one day, threw a screw in the track so the drawer wouldn't fall off and said he'll be back next week with the new desk.. The screw sticks out the other side so we have to be careful not to cut ourselves. . We still believe he is going to keep to his word and replace this desk. Now a year later I have heard countless excuses, he has said he's going to add a Quartz top for all of this headache. This dude is really something. Everytime he messages me he tells me he's sick, his kid is sick, his relationship issues bla bla bla. I am embarrassed for him. It takes a lot for me to write about someone's business but it's so clear that he doesn't care about it himself. I wanted to give this dude the benefit of the doubt. But he's not a good guy.. Do Not Hire Him! ! ! !
